The Beauty Lounge was established on a simple concept: create confidence and make a difference. Co-founders Lisa Yaldoo, Olivia Shouenyia, and Beni Tetaj opened the salon in 2005 in West Bloomfield, MI, with a team of four. Now with over 40 members, The Beauty Lounge team is composed of hand-selected and highly trained professionals who embody the vision and values of the salon and its clientele.
